Fire Code Regulations
All workshop seating is set to capacity. Due to fire code regulations, attendees must be seated and may not stand in the back of the room.
Smoking Policy
The Baird Center is a smoke-free facility.
Media/Photography
By participating in the AJA Conference & Jail Expo, attendees and exhibitors give AJA permission to record their person and their voice on still photographs, audiotape, videotape, or any digital recording medium and to use this material through the media of television, film, internet, multimedia presentation, video, or in print form or display for the promotion of AJA activities.
Firearms and Weapons
Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Baird Center's campus.
