I enjoy learning and stepping outside of my comfort zone. I’m grateful to my command leadership, Sheriff Qurioz, Chief Gelabert, and Major Burgess for encouraging me to take this leap. Probably raising my child. There is no concrete guide to parenting, and it requires constant learning, patience, and growth.

One piece of advice that I would give anyone considering correction as a career is...
Make sure it is truly the profession for you. In corrections, we wear many hats and must demonstrate patience, strong customer service skills, and professionalism every day.
