Part of the success of the American Jail Association's certification programs is the assistance of liaisons from corrections agencies throughout the United States. Because they recognize the importance of certification and the benefits it provides for both individuals and agencies, these men and women have volunteered to assist in the certification process.

With their help and support, employees within their agency can apply and take the certification examinations to achieve CJM, CJS, and CJO status.
